Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 The website www.sonictech.co.il (hereinafter: “the Website”) is owned and operated by Sonic Advanced Technologies Ltd., Company No. 515569408 (hereinafter: “the Company” or “Sonic”), whose address is 24 Eliyahu Eitan St., Rishon LeZion, Israel. The Website is intended for marketing and sale of products via the Internet.
1.2 These Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but refer equally to all genders and to corporations or any other legal entities.
1.3 Section headings are for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation.
1.4 Any person using the Website and/or placing an order (hereinafter: “the Customer” or “the Purchaser”) declares that by using the Website or purchasing products through it, they have read these Terms, agree to them, and accept their applicability to the use and purchase. The Customer shall have no claim, demand, or lawsuit against the Website operators and/or the Company except for claims relating to breach of obligations under these Terms.

2. Purchase Process

2.1 Any person aged 18 or over, holding a valid Israeli ID or a legally registered corporation, and possessing a valid credit card issued in Israel, may purchase products from the Website. The Website is intended for private/consumer customers only.
2.2 The Company offers a variety of products on the Website. Each product image is for illustration only. The price (including VAT) is displayed in Israeli Shekels. Products are purchased by adding them to the shopping cart, and the quantity may be updated or removed until checkout.
2.3 After selecting products, the Customer must proceed to checkout to complete payment and confirm the order.
2.4 During the purchase process, the Customer must provide personal details such as:
  • Name (or company name)
  • ID / company number
  • Full address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Credit card details
2.5 After placing the order, a confirmation email will be sent to the Customer showing the order details as received in the system.
2.6 Approval of the transaction by the credit card company is a prerequisite for confirming the purchase. Only after such approval will the transaction be considered valid and product supply begin. Delivery times are counted from approval date.
2.7 Once approved, the order will be recorded in the Company’s systems and viewable under “My Account”.
2.8 If the order is not approved by the credit company or by the Company, the Customer will be notified and the order will be canceled.
2.9 The Company is not obligated to supply the order until credit approval is received.
2.10 If incorrect details were provided that prevent shipment or billing, the Company may cancel the transaction without liability.
2.11 The Company is not obligated to supply products that are out of stock, and the Customer waives any claim arising from such shortage.
2.12 The Website may occasionally contain errors (including price errors). Such errors made in good faith (for example typographical mistakes) do not entitle the Customer to purchase at the incorrect price.
2.13 The Customer must provide accurate identification details. If false details are provided, products may be returned to the Company, the Customer will be charged shipping and cancellation fees, and the transaction canceled.
2.14 Use of the Website and ordering products are subject to these Terms.

3. Payment Methods

3.1 Payment is made by valid credit card issued by an authorized credit company operating legally in Israel. Credit card details are entered in the designated area and processed through a secure encrypted server. The Company does not store credit card details after the purchase.
3.2 The Customer’s card will be charged immediately upon placing the order, subject to credit company approval.

4. Prices and Charges

4.1 All prices displayed on the Website include VAT.
4.2 Shipping fees may be added according to the Website’s shipping terms.
4.3 The Company may change prices or shipping fees at any time. The price binding the Customer is the price displayed at purchase time and approved by the Company.

5. Inventory

5.1 Products shown on the Website are generally in stock and available for immediate supply. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be notified within two business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays and holidays). The Customer may cancel the transaction without charge, which shall be their sole remedy.
5.2 The Company works with multiple suppliers, therefore minor variations in products may occur. Images are for illustration only.
5.3 Products will be supplied according to available inventory.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Delivery time depends on the specific product and is counted in business days from transaction approval, unless otherwise stated. Orders received after 11:00 will be considered received the next business day.
6.2 Products will be shipped via courier company or another method at the Company’s discretion.
6.3 Shipping fees do not include exceptional delivery conditions such as:
  • Remote locations outside courier service areas
  • Delivery to upper floors without elevator
  • Deliveries requiring additional manpower or equipment
Packages over 20 kg without elevator will be delivered only to the building entrance.
6.4 If delivery cannot be made due to weather, pandemic, security conditions, or risk to couriers, the Company may coordinate an alternative delivery time or location.
6.5 Additional shipping fees may apply in certain areas.
6.6 Shipping prices may vary for unusually large/heavy products.
6.7 If the Customer entered incorrect contact or address details, delivery time will be counted only after correction.
6.8 If delivery fails due to unreachable phone/address, the Company will attempt contact. If no response is received within 48 hours and the package is returned, the Customer will be charged additional shipping.

7. Order Pickup

7.1 The Company may allow self-pickup from its offices without additional charge, by prior coordination, Sunday-Thursday between 09:00-15:30.
7.2 The Customer will be notified when the order is ready.
7.3 Pickup must be completed within 1-3 business days after notification.
7.4 If not collected within 14 business days, the Company may return products to inventory.
7.5 If pickup is delayed beyond 14 days and rescheduling is requested, the Customer may be charged:
  • storage fee
  • repackaging fee of 5% of order value
7.6 If the Customer cancels after 14 days, cancellation/storage fees apply:
  • 10% of order value OR ₪100 (whichever lower)

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 The Customer may cancel the purchase within 14 days from receiving the product or order document (whichever later), by written notice via email or the Website contact form. The product must be returned complete, unused, and in original packaging.
8.2 If cancellation is due to defect, mismatch, or late delivery, the Company will refund within 14 days, cancel the charge, and no cancellation fees will apply.
8.3 If cancellation is not due to defect or delay, refund will be issued within 14 days minus cancellation fee:
  • 5% of transaction OR ₪100 (whichever lower)
8.4 Products whose original packaging was opened cannot be returned unless defective. If defective, the Customer must send the product with invoice and explanation. If justified, replacement will be supplied if available; otherwise refund given.
8.5 Shipping fees are not refundable.
8.6 The Company may cancel transactions if prevented by events beyond its control (force majeure, war, system failures, tax changes, etc.).
8.7 If a product cannot be supplied due to loss or company error, the Customer may choose refund or store credit.

9. Liability

9.1 Products not manufactured by the Company are covered solely by manufacturer/importer warranty.
9.2 Website images are for illustration; color differences may occur and are not considered defects.
9.3 The Website operates via internet infrastructure and third-party services. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for damages caused by service disruption or inability to use the Website.
9.4 The Company is not liable for misuse of credit card details, whether by the Customer or third party.

10. Privacy

10.1 Personal information provided is subject to Israeli Privacy Protection Law 1981. Providing information is voluntary but required for using services.
10.2 Customer details will not be transferred to third parties except:
  • if required by court order
  • or for legal enforcement
10.3 The Company may send marketing materials, updates, and promotional messages. The Customer may withdraw consent at any time.
10.4 The Website takes reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, and shall not be liable for breaches beyond its control.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 No content from the Website may be copied, distributed, published, or used in any way that infringes the Company’s intellectual property without prior written permission.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

12.1 Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute shall be the competent courts in the Central District of Israel. Only Israeli law shall apply. 12.2 Use of the Website constitutes confirmation that the user has read and accepted these Terms in full. 12.3 The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become binding upon publication on the Website.
