Nir brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, establishment, execution, and operations, with a strong focus on managing complex technological systems from initial planning through delivery and ongoing operation.

At Sonic, Nir leads the entire operations and execution division and is responsible for precisely aligning each project with the unique needs of its clients – ranging from large corporate environments to entertainment complexes and cinema venues. His work combines deep expertise in advanced audio technologies with professional management of teams, suppliers, and consultants, strategic planning, process optimization, and the leadership of complex operational frameworks, all with the goal of delivering a high-quality, reliable, and innovative experience over time.

In parallel, Nir is a co-founder, partner, and active managing director of “Builderim – Construction & Planning Entrepreneurship Ltd”, a company that operates in collaboration with leading construction firms, institutional bodies, local authorities, and municipalities. His specialization lies in end-to-end management and operation of construction projects, including process optimization, implementation of management procedures and routines, establishment of logistics systems and supply chains for construction sites, and the management of complex interfaces between contractors, suppliers, and public entities.

Over the years, Nir has led continuous improvements in work methodologies and operational innovation through standardization, monitoring, and performance metrics, as well as identifying on-site bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
