Fifty hours is the part you can measure. The rest is a leather handle, an aluminium body, and a weight that does not argue when you pick it up - the difference between a speaker that can be moved and one that is meant to be.
A passive radiator has no motor of its own. It is driven purely by the pressure the woofer creates inside a sealed cabinet, which is why watching one move is the most honest picture of what a small box is actually doing to the air in the room.
